What if I want something not in your order list?
Absolutely! Here at Pink Ribbon Bakery, we are always willing to try new things. Just make sure to be as detailed as possible and give specific examples when filling out the order form.

Will you do rush orders?
We try our best to accomodate everybody. If we have time available, we will definitely make every effort to fit you in.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit.

Is a deposit required after placing an order?
No. Full payment is accepted during pickup or at drop-off.

I have a custom recipe due to allergies or am vegan.
If you have a recipe that you currently use, send it to us and we will be happy to make it for you.

Do you do tastings/consulations?
Yes we do! We set up 30 minute meetings by appointment only at 103-306 6th Street in New Westminster. We charge a $30 fee for the tasting and consultation. If you are interested in setting up a meeting please email us at info@pinkribbonbakery.ca.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you give us more than 2 weeks notice on your cancellation, we will waive all fees. One week before, 50% of the total charge is expected. On the day before or on the day of, your cake will most likely be complete. Full payment will be due at this point.
